TOTAL BODY MAX CLASSES

In this full-body strength and conditioning workout class we use dumbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises. We will target the major muscle groups in a circuit-style routine.

Our Class is every Monday. & Wednesday from 8:00-9:00 & 9:oo-10:00am.

1 Hour Class is $15
