In this full-body strength and conditioning workout class we use dumbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises. We will target the major muscle groups in a circuit-style routine.
Our Class is every Monday & Wednesday from 8-9:00am & 9:00-10:00am.
1 Hour Class is $15
